Veil Velour offers attentive home support in the Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti area for cleaning resets, organization, property check-ins, plant care, mail and package support, and practical household needs. Each visit is shaped around the home itself: the condition of the space, the rhythm of the household, access, timing, and the level of care required.
General cleaning, deep refreshes, move-in or move-out support, and restoring spaces to a cleaner, calmer baseline. A reset may include bringing order, freshness, and function back to rooms that have become difficult to maintain day to day.
Best for regular upkeep, first-time resets, move-in or move-out needs, neglected rooms, and spaces that need a clearer baseline.
May include surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, trash, light tidying, and room-by-room refresh work.
Small resets are for focused areas or lighter spaces. Full homes, heavy buildup, appliances, baseboards, cabinets, urgent timing, or extra time may move the visit into a custom quote.
Support for creating calmer, more functional spaces through sorting, resetting, decluttering support, storage improvements, and room-by-room organization. Final decisions about keeping, discarding, donating, or relocating personal items remain with you unless clearly agreed otherwise.

Check-in work begins as a 3-visit minimum package when possible. Standalone single check-ins are accepted selectively.
Additional visits may be added depending on schedule, location, access, care needs, and visit length. Unusual care requests are reviewed separately and accepted only when clearly agreed before service begins.
Additional household support may be available when the scope, equipment, and conditions are appropriate. This can include light outdoor upkeep, lawn mowing with provided equipment, trash or recycling assistance, porch or entry cleanup, seasonal preparation, and other small household tasks reviewed before booking.
Best for small tasks that naturally fit into a scheduled visit or help prepare the home before guests, travel, or seasonal changes.
Add-ons do not replace licensed repair, landscaping, hauling, or heavy maintenance services.

May include a written scope, priority list, or first-visit walkthrough when the request has several moving parts.

Pricing shown is starting pricing. Final pricing depends on the service, scope, location, condition of the space, access, timing, recurrence, materials, and whether the work is one-time, recurring, or custom. Defined visits may be quoted as flat-rate work. Open-ended, expanded, check-in, or add-on requests may be billed hourly, packaged, or quoted separately.
A $100 minimum applies to standalone service visits unless accepted as a small same-visit add-on. Travel within 25 miles of Ann Arbor is included; beyond 25 miles, mileage may be billed at $0.75 per one-way mile per visit.
Standard supplies are included. Specialty products, unusual materials, purchases, parking, disposal, rentals, shipping, freight, taxes, and special expenses are billed separately when applicable. Jobs over $300 may require a 25%-30% deposit, and rush, same-day, weekend, holiday, or short-notice work may require a markup or custom quote.
